After our first 8 weeks Jenny was down 6.2 lbs., 9.75 inches and 6% body fat.

“I was kind of sketchy whenever I kept seeing Jodie, posting videos and all kinds of stuff about the Kickoff so she instant messaged me and asked me about it and I was like no and then the more I thought about it I was like yeah what’s it gonna hurt? It can only help! So I have been doing this next week will make 4 weeks already! I have changed my eating habits and drink my water all day everyday! I would have my alarm set for 530 for work everyday, and now I set it for 430 so I can get up and do my exercise before work and pack my healthy lunch!
